It is a great pleasure for Islamic Book Service (P) Ltd., New Delhi to introduce this project in India for the first time. This humble effort is an attempt to facilitate the Tilaawah (Recitation) of the Qur'ân with Tajweed.
Seven different colour shades have been used and each colour represents a
Tajweed Rule.
The colour coding system has been introduced to highlight the Rules of Tajweed found in the Qur'ânic text. Having a colour block on the Tajweed Rule allows the reciter to emphasize the accent, phonetics, rhythm and temper of the Qur'ânic recitation.
It is imperative for the receiver to have a working knowledge of the Rules of Tajweed in order to know how to pronounce the letters on which emphasis has to be placed.
